Butcher Knife 18cm

The PE line consists of several types: butcher knives, butcher’s cleavers and meat choppers, sharpening steels.

The knife blades are made from special High carbon stainless steel, perfectly heat treated to give them a Hardness of 56HRC(Rockwell C).

Available handles in Polypropylene(PP) and Polyethylene(PE), absolutely hygienic and recommended for food and production industry.

A thick spine and a full tang provides better weight, balance, power and less contact vibration.

The rivets secure the polymer handles to the tang of the knife.

Handle is impact and temperature resistant.
