Butcher/Chef Knife 22cm
The PE line consists of several types: butcher knives, butcher’s cleavers and meat choppers, sharpening steels.
The knife blades are made from special High carbon stainless steel, perfectly heat treated to give them a Hardness of 56-57HRC(Rockwell C).
Available handles in Polyethylene(PE), absolutely hygienic and recommended for food industry.
A thick spine and a full tang provides better weight, balance, power and less contact vibration.
The rivets secure the polymer handles to the tang of the knife.
Handle is impact and temperature resistant.
Extra large rivets are used for added strength and durability.
