From 14 to 19 May, JERO will attend the IFFA -Technology for Meat and Alternative Proteins, held in Frankfurt, Germany. Participating in the world’s reference trade fair in technology for meat and alternative proteins for the second time, we have something new to show.
Among the various products dedicated to professional operators, we highlight the launch of JERO’s first line with NSF certification – a global reference for food safety. Whoever visits us at Stand A45, at Hall9.0, will get to know a new range made with a manufacturing process and materials that result in knives that are easier to sanitize.
IFFA is the reference trade fair for the meat and alternative protein market, with over 1000 exhibitors from 49 countries attending. We have, therefore, high expectations.
Being a trade fair targeted at professional markets, IFFA is a great chance to present our products to professionals. Operators that truly validate the quality of a knife, appreciating features such as durability, ergonomics and cutting power. Therefore we hope to attract new customers in this segment, especially in markets where we are not yet present. Furthermore, participating in IFFA also allows us to strengthen contact with operators who are already our customers and who we always enjoy seeing.
